Use of Das Bierhalle’s Large Party/Private Event Menu is strongly suggested for all private events of 25 people or more. If there are items not listed in the catering menu, specialty menus may be designed. Please contact your event coordinator for more information.

A cake, cupcakes, or other similar dessert for special occasions may be brought from outside. All other food and drinks must be purchased from Das Bierhalle unless otherwise arranged & approved while planning the menu.

Music from our bar upstairs will also play

through the speakers in your event areas. You may alternatively have a DJ set

up and play or play from a playlist of your choosing.

Other Media: We have capability to hook up power points, slide shows, microphones, etc. to our TVs or speakers. Please let us know what media you

might need for your event so we can make sure it is available during your rented time.

We welcome decorations that will make your event special and personal! We ask that no decorations or any materials be affixed to the walls that requires the puncturing of walls such as the use of nails, staples, tacks, or heavy-duty tape. Also, please no confetti.

This can be decided on an individual event basis depending on if there are events scheduled prior to yours.

Of course! Any food leftover is yours to take. We will supply to-go boxes or containers for you to transport.
